NOTES:

1.Budget:a maximum money in a certain thing
EQ:Our budget in picnic is not enough to buy too many food

2.Constraint:same meaning as restriction
EQ:Legal constraint on the company activities

3.Compensation:somthing that is done or given to make up for a damage trouble etc.
EQ:The accdient compensation well be paid at least two weeks

4.Doable:a adjective of "do"
EQ:Because of his excellet brain, any difficult thing turn to doable



REFRECTION:
Negoticating salary is a good thing for a worker and boss,but I think from the traditional costoms of Taiwan, there are few people dare to do this. because lots people afraid of losing job.

  1. I guess it's o.k. to give a range. Also, once you become professional and experienced in your field, you'll naturally dare to negotiate for a better package.
    If possible, have the weekly assignment done before Tue. o.k.?
